The hotel's glory days are long gone. The room was very dirty. The walls were splashed, the floor was dirty, the wallpaper was falling off the walls, dust was flying from the air vents, there was mold and fungus on the ceiling. Additionally, the mirror in the room was broken, there was no key available for the front door and the bedding was stained, dusty and smelly. The bathroom was dirty and moldy. I thought for a long time what I liked. I only liked the toilet paper because it was the only clean thing in the room.

I stayed in this 3rd class hotel from Apr 30 till May 04. It was booked by my relative as we have a marriage to attend in nearby resort. We booked 17 rooms there. Our experience with the hotel was totally horrible. Washroom were too dirty and smelly ( I even noticed one small snail in washroom). Smell of seepage was everywhere in 1st and 2nd floor rooms. Towels, bed sheets, pillows were too dirty and stinky. Parking is not available except 3-4 cars, there is no underground parking. Rate of rooms are too high if u consider facilities and cleaniness. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone unless someone wants to experience the dirtiest room possible in any hotel. One of the worst stay in my life time so far.

Our stay here at unite was very very awesome. As it seems that property have been freshly renovated. Rooms are very spacious and completely fresh and hotel have all the amenities like night club, pool.

I was there for 5 days, not even a single day I was happy. Claustrophobic rooms, untrained staff, no discipline, Procrastination is the mantra of the employees. everyday same breakfast Paratha and Toast, if you ask for omelette their person will avoid saying it will take time. So called free Wifi that dosent work. employees are after tipping only irrespective of the pathetic service they have been trained like that ... irrespective what happens ask tips. Even the vendors Are lazier then the hotel staff. I never got projector on time. They are just working on lineage

Completely a useless hotel with no sense of service. A complete waste of time and money. It is a dirty hotel with unfriendly staff who do not know how to give service. Dont waste your money by visiting this hotel.
